Our partner’s approved Sailing School, gives you the possibility to combine your holiday and obtain an international sailing diploma. The sail training yachts are fully certified and meet the stringent requirements of the MCA safety code. All the instructors are certified, have great local knowledge and their relaxed style of teaching will have you busy during the day but winding down at the end of tuition, catching the sunset off a great beach. Select one of the available courses, individual or group based and get a diploma whilst sailing the translucent waters of Kefalonia and the Ionian islands.
The protected waters of the Ionian Sea offer an ideal location, with the inland sea offering protected waters with moderate conditions, perfect for training and tuition.
Course duration is 7 days on board with a different destination each day. In this way students get used to living on board and understand the way that the vessel operates and the division of responsibilities between the skipper and crew members
During the courses, there is time for breaks for lunch and swimming stops and at the end of the training day you are given the opportunity to enjoy each destination. In this way you can combine your holidays with training and obtain a sailing diploma recognized all over the world.

This course is ideal for beginners to learn the basics and for those who would like to become active crew members rather than just passengers. By the end of this course in six days you will not only be competent, but also active members of the crew and be able to steer, handle sails, and to help all day in processes related to the vessel.
Safety is paramount in all courses and you will learn how to use flares, life jackets, safety belts, liferafts and how to help to recover a man of the sea. At the end you will be awarded the certificate Competent Crew
The skippering of a vessel for coastal and offshore passages requires strong capacity navigation, seamanship and leadership skills. The course Coastal Skipper prepares individuals with previous experience skippering to take longer voyages.
During Coastal Skipper your instructor will guide you through the waterway, both offshore and in poor visibility, the weather forecast and the passages planing , maintenance , shifts and prepare for the sea. You do all this in practice as each student designs and implements excerpts taken full control of the boat. The Coastal Skippers should be good vessel operators and are prepared for night sail in different conditions
Upon successful completion of the course Coastal Skipper you will be awarded the recognized certificate of completion: Coastal Skipper and holders will be able to skippering vessels safely and securely day or night.
